– Bulgarian Split Squat (rare foot on bench or box) with DBs or KB on Chest – 6-8 reps / leg @climbing

– One Arm Archer Ring Rows – 8-10 reps/ arm

– Lateral Side Plank Rotation on Elbows – 10-12 reps

6 Dual DB Walking Lunges @45/25lbs

4 Dual DB Devil Press @45/25lbs

2 Ring Muscle Ups or 6 C2B Pull Ups
